Position Summary: St. Johns Shipbuilding is on the lookout for dedicated Quality Assurance personnel to ensure the highest standards are met in the production and repair of marine vessels at our Palatka, FL location. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of upholding stringent quality control protocols throughout various stages of the shipbuilding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct inspections and audits at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify any discrepancies or issues and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and compile reports on findings.
Train and guide team members on best practices for quality assurance.
