Position Summary: The Leadworker - B Joiner at Bollinger Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS, supervises a group of hourly welders to ensure company quality and safety standards are met within production schedules in a cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities:
Task and oversee hourly workers on daily assignments.
Complete daily time entry for hourly workers.
Monitor job activity, answer questions, provide guidance, and resolve problems.
Assist plant management in planning work procedures, equipment, supply needs, and manpower requirements.
Select, supervise, instruct, and schedule employee work.
