Position Summary: Hanwha Philly Shipyard in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Compliance Manager, an essential role ensuring safety and adherence to HPSI CORE principals and U.S. Import/Export Laws. This individual will work within the guidelines of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Regulations, overseeing the company-wide export control compliance program, managing trade compliance activities, implementing policies, providing regulatory interpretation, and ensuring that the company complies with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure HPSI safety procedures and Import/Export laws are followed, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and USCBP Regulations.
Oversee export control compliance, updating policies, classifying goods, technology, and software, preparing export license applications, and managing documents.
Conduct denied party screening for all entities interacting with HPSI.
