Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Client Trainer (Spanish & English) to deliver engaging, high-quality technical training to customers operating overhead and mobile cranes. This role combines classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory training, and virtual learning to ensure customers develop the knowledge and confidence needed to operate equipment safely and effectively.

The ideal candidate is an experienced industry professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. In addition to delivering training, this individual will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course content and support evolving customer training needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led classroom and hands-on laboratory training for customers operating overhead and mobile cranes.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars as needed.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and practical application.
  • Administer quizzes, assessments, and practical evaluations to measure participant understanding and competency.
  • Assist in the development, revision, and enhancement of technical training materials and curriculum.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to increase learning outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices, incorporating updates into training materials.
  • Adapt instructional methods and course content to meet changing business and customer needs.
  • Complete all required training documentation accurately and in a timely manner to support administrative processes, including invoicing.
  • Serve as a technical resource for field personnel by answering product and application-related questions.
  • Support safety training initiatives as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple training schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current CIC, NCCER, or NCCCO Mobile Crane Certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience developing or updating technical training materials.

Education & Experience

  • Trade school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the overhead and/or mobile crane industry.
  • Previous experience as a technical trainer, instructor, field trainer, or similar training role is strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the United States, Central America, and South America.
