Machine Operator (CNC, Milling, Lathe, Plasma Table, Robotics)

Position Summary: Hanwha Philly Shipyard in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to perform a variety of tasks on CNC, milling, lathe, plasma table, and robotic equipment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all Hanwha Philly Shipyard safety procedures are followed, operating machines according to setup instructions, performing repairs, maintaining machinery, and conducting quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align and position parts and panels on machines per setup instructions.
• Inspect, maintain, operate, and repair machines, reporting quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain logs of machine operation and manage consumable inventory.
• Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure conformity to specifications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience operating numerical controlled machines or programming automated systems in areas such as milling, cutting, bending, welding, and robotics.
