Position Summary: Bollinger Shipyard Industries is looking for a Welder A to join the team in Pascagoula, MS. The Welder A welds together structural metal components as indicated by blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions. The position involves knowledge and understanding of metallic and non-metallic materials and the appropriate selection of welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld structural metal components as specified.
• Perform tank testing and related tasks.
• Use expertise in metallic and non-metallic materials to select the appropriate welding process.

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate proficiency in welding, with the ability to pass tests in overhead and vertical positions for specific certifications.

Experience & Training:

• Experience as a welder or formal vocational training in welding preferred.
